TELLCO details your construction schedule from beginning to end. Each project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager and Site Supervisor. These professionals manage all day to day operations and interact daily with the subcontractors.
We provide our clients access to software that allows complete transparency and up to date progress of the project. Our interactive software traces every step of construction and current documentation regarding design changes, timelines, changes orders, and billing.
The use of these interactive tools allow the firm to maintain its principle mission; maintain constant communication with the clients and provide detailed information without sacrificing project efficiency.
We continue our relationships with clients long after the construction phase has ended. All of our projects come with a one year warranty on any construction or installation we managed. Our warranty is applied to all aspects of the project, whether it be carpentry, landscaping, appliances, or mechanical equipment.
When your custom home is ready for you to move in, your project manager will give you a guided tour of all appliances and mechanicals in the home. They will provide all your manufacturer warranties and review your complimentary maintenance schedule.
For the first year after your project is completed, we offer a complimentary maintenance package. During this time, we schedule quarterly inspections of the home. Our team will address any questions and concerns along the way.
