Pre-Construction Phase
Prior to construction, TELLCO Building works directly with the architect and homeowner to outline every step of the journey; from schematic design, through design development and final construction documents.
We evaluate the project's construction feasibility and challenges. The firm then helps draft a comprehensive, itemized budget to review with the homeowners.
When the bidding is complete, the firm then sets up a construction timeline and critical path. We identify key decisions concerning building components that may impact target construction dates and begin a working plan with your personal Project Manager to address these items.
Construction Phase
TELLCO details your construction schedule from beginning to end. Each project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager and Site Supervisor. These professionals manage all day to day operations and interact daily with the subcontractors.
We provide our clients access to software that allows complete transparency and up to date progress of the project. Our interactive software traces every step of construction and current documentation regarding design changes, timelines, changes orders, and billing.
The use of these interactive tools allow the firm to maintain its principle mission; maintain constant communication with the clients and provide detailed information without sacrificing project efficiency.
Post-Construction Phase
We continue our relationships with clients long after the construction phase has ended. All of our projects come with a one year warranty on any construction or installation we managed. Our warranty is applied to all aspects of the project, whether it be carpentry, landscaping, appliances, or mechanical equipment.
When your custom home is ready for you to move in, your project manager will give you a guided tour of all appliances and mechanicals in the home. They will provide all your manufacturer warranties and review your complimentary maintenance schedule.
For the first year after your project is completed, we offer a complimentary maintenance package. During this time, we schedule quarterly inspections of the home. Our team will address any questions and concerns along the way.
Premier Property Management
In addition to our construction services, we offer White-glove property management and maintenance. Whether our firm built your home, or you are a new relationship looking for superior service, our Housewatch Program was developed to safeguard your investment.
At TELLCO, we offer basic exterior maintenance for needs such as landscaping and pool cleaning; ranging upward to full real estate management. We treat your investment as our own and offer many programs to ensure it's market stability.
We also provide comprehensive inspections including temperature/humidity, plumbing, mechanics, and exterior assessments. Responsive and cost-effective maintenance services expand to offer storm protection, cleaning, and emergency services.
